A creation of Kyoshi Matsuda, one of Japan's leading ceramic artists and master of the Kitagama Kyoshi Studio. A bottle that's as usable as it is beautiful. If used as a vase, its unique design highlights the power of nature with textures that accentuate the beauty of any flower it might hold. A perfect embodiment of traditional Yachimun pottery, it highlights what it holds without standing out.

The Voyapon website has existed since 2015, when our founders envisioned the idea of bringing "off-the-beaten-path" Japan to the English, French, Spanish, and German-speaking world. Since then, our writers have created more than 3,000 articles shedding light on parts of Japan few overseas visitors have ever had a chance to visit. We would like to believe that our hard work has helped connect the lesser-traveled parts of Japan with the rest of the world.
